After the announcement of mobilization in Russia, a mass exodus from the country began: the plane tickets for flights to other countries were bought up, and long queues of people wishing to leave the country gathered at the land borders. Obviously, people in Belarus also reacted rather sharply to the announcement of a partial (and in fact mass) mobilization in Russia.

The Belarusians are well aware that official Minsk will not be able to stay aside for long time.  Eventually Putin will force Lukashenka to send Belarusian cannon fodder to the slaughter in Ukraine.

The natural response of the Belarusians to such a state is an attempt to avoid conscription (including disguised unofficial forms), to hide from it. In this case, cooperation is extremely important, as well as self-organization. A manifestation of just such self-organization was the creation of a number of Telegram channels. Their task is both warning young people in Belarus about the actions of the authorities to conscript citizens into the army and helping them to avoid military service.
