4 February is World Cancer Day. Once, Minsk’s chief neurosurgeon Alexander Baranovsky (Belarus) said that a disease is given as punishment for a particular sin.
Olga Karatch is a woman with disabilities.
She made the statement with the story of her illness for the Association of Women with Cancer.
How her life changed after Olga Karatch learnt that she was suffering from Bekhterev’s disease, an incurable one, and how our society treats women with disabilities.
