Every Saturday Ukrainian and Belarusian women refugees organize free hobby clubs for children refugees from Belarus and Ukraine together with Our House and the partners: English language classes in the office of Our House held by the charity organization Salvation Army; art-therapy classes held by Ukrainian women volunteers; Belarusian folk dances and songs held by Belarusian cultural activists, and many others.

Today, the volunteers of Our House hold classes with 98 children refugees from Ukraine and Belarus at least three times a week. There is a proper children’s folk collective, which is rehearsing for serious performances in Lithuania: the parents are making costumes, and the children are learning dances and songs.

Children are the main priority and focus of attention of Our House as the most unprotected and vulnerable group of population who, as a rule, suffer most of all from war and terror.

Our House makes every effort to make Belarusian and Ukrainian children refugees in Lithuania feel comfortable, happy and protected.
